Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India and select international locations. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Roohani is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
Returns & Exchanges
Roohani offers a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging. Sale/discounted items are non-returnable. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may return the product as per the return policy.
