Orders & Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. During checkout, select Cash on Delivery as your payment method. Please note that COD orders may take 1–2 additional days to process compared to prepaid orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, EMI on select cards, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched. Contact us immediately at hello@shoproohani.com or WhatsApp +91 7307909343. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may return the item as per our Return Policy.
Is it safe to pay online on Roohani?
Yes. All transactions on shoproohani.com use SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store your card or UPI details. Payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways. If uncomfortable with online payment, use COD.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our complete Size Guide which includes measurement instructions for bust, waist, hip, and length. For ethnic wear, we generally recommend sizing up if you're between sizes — especially for kurta sets and Anarkalis where ease of movement matters.
Do your clothes fit plus-size bodies well?
We offer sizes from XS to 6XL across most of our range. Our Plus Size Ethnic Wear collection is curated for larger sizes, with pieces chosen for how they actually fit — longer hemlines, wider yokes, and appropriate ease.
I'm between sizes. What should I do?
Size up for kurta sets, Anarkalis, and co-ords. For fitted pieces like blouses or peplum tops, size as per your bust measurement. Still unsure? Send us your exact measurements on WhatsApp +91 7307909343 and we'll guide you.
Do the colours look the same in person as in the photos?
We work hard to ensure accurate colour representation, but screen calibration varies. The actual colour may differ slightly — typically within one shade. For wedding or event orders, order in advance to allow time for exchange if needed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery after dispatch: metros 3–5 days, tier-2 cities 5–7 days, remote areas 7–10 days, international 7–15 days. You'll receive tracking details once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Singapore, Malaysia, and more. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. See our full Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 incur ₹99–₹150 depending on location. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Sale items are non-returnable. Read the full Return & Exchange Policy.
How do I raise a return or exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shoproohani.com or WhatsApp +91 7307909343 with your order number and reason. We'll arrange pickup or guide you through the process.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Products & Fabric
What fabrics do you use?
Our range includes 100% pure cotton (mulmul, cambric, lawn), chanderi, georgette, organza, and cotton blends. Fabric details are on each product page.
How should I care for my Roohani garments?
Cotton pieces: hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, dry in shade, iron on low heat. Embroidered or mirror-work pieces: dry clean or gentle hand wash only — avoid machine washing. Care instructions are on the product label.
